Freelance Oracle HCM Payroll (Mexico Payroll)

We're looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join a freelance remote engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll with hands-on implementation experience in Mexico Payroll .

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Lead and support Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for Mexico Payroll .
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.
• Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, taxes, and statutory compliance.
• Support payroll testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful payroll implementation.
• Provide post-go-live support during initial payroll processing.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud .
• Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll .
• Mexico Payroll implementation experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Mexico payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience.
• Proven experience delivering Mexico Payroll projects ( Mandatory ).
