About the Role
Aikaara Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise software projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile software development teams, coordinating with clients, tracking project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality web applications.
The Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, UI/UX, and client stakeholders while managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to production deployment.
Work closely with US clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.
Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, release plans, and resource allocation.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coordinate with React, Ruby on Rails, QA, UI/UX, and Dev Ops teams.
Track project progress using Jira and ensure timely delivery.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions.
Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
Prepare weekly project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-production support.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile best practices, and delivery standards.
Drive continuous process improvement across project execution.
Required Skills
5–8 years of Project Management experience in Software/Product companies.
Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.
Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Technical Understanding
Candidates should have a functional understanding of:

Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
