Position: State Head - RSM

Core Responsibility: Channel and dealer distribution network

Into refurbished laptops or new laptops

Locations:

• West India: Gujarat (Surat / Rajkot)

• Central & South India: MP, Karnataka, Rest of Tamil Nadu, Telangana

• East & Northeast India: Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Rest of Bengal

• North India: Delhi, Haryana, Punjab / HP / J&K, Rajasthan, UP (Lucknow / Banaras), UP (Meerut / Bareilly)

2. Experience & Skill Requirements

Primary requirement:

Hands-on experience with refurbished laptops or new laptops distribution

Strong channel partner management background

Candidates can also be considered from a Branch Head background if they have strong state-level exposure and channel network experience

Role involves significant field work — regular travel/movement across state

Secondary:

Anti-virus software / SI (System Integrator) partner exposure — e.g., Quick Heal, GNG — considered a secondary/nice-to-have, not primary

3. Target Companies to Source From

Refurbished laptops: Candidates from the unauthorized/unorganized refurb sector

New laptops: Lenovo, HP, and other branded laptop companies

4. Work Details

Working days: 6 days/week

Shift timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, market timings

Travel: Extensive state-level travel required; travel expenses will be reimbursed

5. Hiring Urgency & Timeline

TAT: ASAP

Joiner preference: Only immediate joiners

Notice period: 1 week to 15 days max

Target joining date: By end of August, latest by first week of September

6. Interview Process

Maximum 3 rounds:

First round — with MSM

Second round — with Product Head

Third round — with CEO, if required

Mode: Virtual/telephonic by default; in-person if the panel is available in the candidate‘s state
