VP – Business Development | Quality & Digital Compliance | Pharma/Life Sciences | India

We're hiring a VP – Business Development (Quality & Digital Compliance) for a fast-growing life sciences technology & consulting company (part of a listed pharma group) — for candidates who live and breathe Pharma/Life Sciences Quality, Compliance & CSV .

What you'll own:

• End-to-end sales for a digital Quality & Compliance portfolio — eQMS platform, CSV/CSA consulting, and QA services — sold into CQOs and senior Quality/Compliance/Validation leaders across pharma & life sciences.
• Full sales cycle ownership: prospecting → solution positioning → proposal → negotiation → closure → account growth.
• A small BD team, with direct accountability for a national revenue target.

What you bring:

• 16–20 years in B2B consultative / SaaS / digital-platform sales, entirely within the Pharma & Life Sciences industry — Quality, Compliance, CSV/CSA, or eQMS space.
• A live, personal network of CQOs and senior Quality/Compliance leaders who'd take your call today.
• A demonstrated, recent track record of carrying and exceeding a national sales quota (not just farming an existing account).
• Comfort building a business on a young platform — this is a builder's role, not a brand-recognition sale.

Base location: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad
