Title: Associate AttorneyLocation: Centennial, COWorkspace Type: Hybrid (2–3 days)Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary, performance-based bonuses, 401(k) match

Key Responsibilities:Oversee legal aspects of non-judicial foreclosure proceedings and banking litigation mattersReview, examine, and analyse complex title workDraft court documents, pleadings, motions, and official correspondenceRepresent financial institutions at court hearings and legal proceedingsProvide strategic legal guidance to clients, support staff, and internal teamsCollaborate closely with firm leadership on case progression and department goals
Qualifications:Active membership in good standing with the Colorado Supreme CourtA year of experience as a practising attorneyExperience in real estate, banking law, or foreclosure preferredProven ability to handle court appearances, title analysis, and legal document drafting
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000. xzbcwsv Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
