Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-lifecycle talent acquisition across our non-technical divisions. You will identify, screen, and hire professionals for corporate, operational, and commercial business units. Your core mission is to align industry-qualified talent with our strategic business needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze manpower needs by consulting with corporate hiring managers.
• Source active and passive candidates using traditional job boards and professional networks.
• Review applications to evaluate industry qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Conduct initial HR screenings to assess salary expectations and career goals.
• Coordinate the interview pipeline between candidates and departmental leadership.
• Manage bulk hiring strategies for high-volume operational cycles.
• Negotiate job offers and guide selected hires through pre-boarding administration.

Technical & Role Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Experience : Minimum of 2–4 years of experience specializing in non-technical vertical markets.
• Sourcing Expertise : Advanced proficiency using platforms like Naukri , Indeed , and LinkedIn Recruiter .
• Software Competency : Practical experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Sheets.
• Regulatory Knowledge : Grounded understanding of regional employment standards and labor policies.

Key Soft Skills

• Communication : Articulate verbal and written communication necessary for multi-tier relationship building.
• Time Management : Capacity to juggle multiple open requisitions concurrently under strict deadlines.
• Negotiation : Persuasive communication skills required to manage candidate counter-offers and closure rates
