Hospice of South Texas is seeking a strategic Director of Finance to serve as the organization’s principal financial leader. This executive role oversees accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and cash flow while guiding critical decisions for a mission-driven hospice provider.

The position reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Interim CFO and senior leadership to ensure strong financial operations, robust internal controls, and compliant reporting to regulators and the Board.
