- Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Load materials and properly position parts for machining
- Make machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Troubleshoot basic machining and production issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Previous CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC machine setup and operation preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements and tolerances
- Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently
- Must be available to train on the 1st shift schedule
- Steel-toe footwear required
