Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Lubbock, Texas. The PTA will implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist and employ engaging, play-based interventions to promote gross motor development, coordination, and strength. Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program; current state PTA license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Information:

Assist in delivering evidence-based, play-focused therapy to children

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to monitor and evaluate patient progress

Educate and partner with families and caregivers to support therapy carryover at home

Manage a typical caseload of approximately 10 to 12 patient visits per day
