This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for overall site performance across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, develop organizational capability, and help support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity performanceProvide leadership across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and continuous improvement functionsDrive a culture of accountability, employee engagement, teamwork, and operational excellenceDevelop and execute strategies to improve plant performance, efficiency, throughput, and customer satisfactionLead capital investment projects, equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and capacity expansion initiativesUtilize KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance management and decision makingPartner with senior leadership to develop and execute short- and long-term business objectivesDevelop and mentor leaders while strengthening succession plans and organizational capabilityEnsure compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirementsFoster a continuous improvement culture focused on sustainable results and operational excellence
Desired BackgroundExperience leading a manufacturing operation with responsibility for multiple functional areas, including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and continuous improvementDemonstrated success improving operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and employee engagement metricsExperience leading capital projects, equipment modernization, facility expansions, operational transformation initiatives, or productivity improvement programsStrong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Operational Excellence, or related continuous improvement methodologiesExperience utilizing ERP xzbcwsv systems to support manufacturing, planning, inventory management, and operational decision makingExperience supporting supply chain planning, production planning, procurement, scheduling, or S&OP processesExperience leading business transformation, organizational change, process improvement, or operational modernization initiativesExperience supporting new product introductions, manufacturing transfers, product launches, capacity expansions, or operational scale-up initiatives preferredProven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing manufacturing teamsStrong business acumen with experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and operational planningBachelor's degree required; engineering, operations, business, or related discipline preferred
