Responsibiliti esPublic Relations Strate gyDevelop and execute integrated PR strategies aligned with client objective s.Create annual and campaign-based PR plan s.Identify media opportunities to maximize brand visibilit y. Media Relati onsBuild and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media hous es.Pitch compelling stories, interviews, opinion articles, and press releas es.Secure media coverage across print, digital, television, and industry publicatio ns.Coordinate media interactions, interviews, and press conferenc es. Content & Communica tionWrite and review press releases, media notes, speeches, quotes, articles, and leadership communicat ion.Ensure all communication aligns with brand messaging and tone of vo ice.Develop crisis communication statements when requi red. Client Manag ementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned PR cli ents.Understand client objectives and provide strategic communication recommendat ions.Present PR plans, campaign reports, and media outcomes to cli ents.Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communica tion. Campaign Exe cutionPlan and execute product launches, announcements, events, and brand camp aigns.Collaborate with internal creative, content, and digital marketing teams.Coordinate with influencers and industry partners where req uired. Monitoring & Re portingTrack media coverage and PR perfo rmance.Prepare monthly PR reports with key insights and campaign an alysis.Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging media opportu nities. Team Ma nagementMentor and guide junior PR exe cutives.Review team deliverables and ensure quality st andards.Coordinate workloads and campaign ti melines. Quali ficationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a relat ed field.Experience handling multiple clients across in dustries. Requi red SkillsStrong relationships with journalists and media pub lications.Excellent written and verbal communicati on skills.Exceptional storytelling and content writing abilities.Strong presentation and client manageme nt skills.Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced agency en vironment. Prefe rred SkillsExperience in education, technology, or consu mer brands.Proven success in securing Tier 1 medi a coverage.Experience managing a team of 3 or mo re members.Stable career history with at least 3 years in the current or previous or ganization.Familiarity with media monitoring and PR repor ting tools.
