Assistant Manager - Loyalty cum Activation

Role Purpose

Own 365-day, tier-wise dealer engagement for Greenply — driving activity, billing, and emotional connect so dealers feel warm, valued, and proud to be part of the Greenply family. Single point of contact for all dealer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Categorise dealers into tiers and design differentiated engagement intensity for each tier
• Run a 365-day engagement calendar — regular nudges to keep dealers active and improve billing (MBO)
• Build warmth and pride in the Greenply relationship through consistent, personal touchpoints
• Partner with brand team and agencies to create tier-appropriate communication (messages/emails) and dispatch via allotted portals
• Roll out schemes regularly and track performance — receipt, action taken, and dealer throughput
• Plan and execute engagement around major launches, milestones, festivals, and personal occasions (birthdays/anniversaries)
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and management teams to align engagement with business goals
• Act as the single point of contact for all dealer engagement queries and escalations

Candidate Requirements

• 6–7 years of hands-on dealer engagement experience in the building materials industry
• Strong understanding of dealer requirements, mindset, and trade dynamics
• Excellent communication skills — able to brief and collaborate with brand/agency teams
• Data-driven — comfortable tracking scheme performance and dealer throughput
• Strong team player, willing to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
• High ownership mindset — comfortable being the single point of contact for dealer engagement
