IT Project Controls Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to lead project cost, schedule, risk, issue tracking, reporting, and PMO operations for strategic IT programs.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor project controllers, schedulers, analysts, and specialists.Oversee project controls in accordance with Stage Gate and PMO standards.Monitor project costs, schedules, risks, issues, estimates, and performance metrics.Prepare executive and steering committee reports.Partner with project managers to develop mitigation and corrective action plans.Manage workload distribution, performance management, policies, and team development.Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across the project controls environment.Required Qualifications:7+ years of project controls experience within technology/IT projects.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, risk management, PMO, and project governance.Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.Experience leading teams and managing performance, compliance, and employee relations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Primavera Project Management systems. xzbcwsv Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred:PMP certificationAgile certificationPrimavera certificationExperience with ServiceNow SMP
