PCCC offers the opportunity to build a caseload around your strengths and specialties while providing collaboration opportunities with likeminded clinicians. Join our team to experience flexible scheduling, administrative support, and a stellar in-house training program. Licensed Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5-6 clients per day; minimum of 25 clients per week required Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 3-4 clients per day; minimum of 15 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation &amp; Benefits Compensation : Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly $40-$60/hour for Master's Level Therapists $50-$75/hour for Doctoral Level Therapists Estimated annual earning potential of up to $115,000 w/ benefits 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Student loan repayment support* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents* HSA (with employer contribution) and FSA options to help manage healthcare and dependent care expenses* Employer-paid life insurance and AD&amp;D coverage* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health and life support resources* Generous paid time off and additional paid holidays* Case consultation with colleagues Malpractice insurance and all overhead expenses covered by the practice Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Flexible scheduling and telehealth options Indicates benefits available only to full-time W-2 Employees Requirements: Licensed Mental Health Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California (Active &amp; Registered with BBS/BOP) Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage &amp; Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About Positive Change Counseling Center: Positive Change Counseling Center is a compassionate, client-centered mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful and lasting change.
