6–10 years of IT/HRIS experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience.

Strong experience in Workday Time Tracking configuration and support.

Good understanding of Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll processes.

Experience with Workday business processes, security, reports, and calculated fields.

Knowledge of Workday integrations and EIBs.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Agile project environments.
