We launched quietly, and the company is spreading quickly through word of mouth. Now we’re hiring for our first GTM role.
The Role
You'll be our first marketing hire, building the function from scratch with mentorship from industry experts. This is a role for an entrepreneurial self-starter who wants high ownership and is self motivated.
What you'll doOwn full-funnel marketing: demand generation, inbound, outbound, and lifecycleBuild content that speaks to founders and SMB owners—landing pages, case studies, product launches, lifecycle emailsIdentify and test channels (SEO/AEO, communities, partnerships, referrals, paid ads) and double down on winners
Who you areDriven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about marketing Some real hands-on marketing experience—whether content, growth, demand gen, or product marketingPreferably from high-growth technology startups (in-house, not agency)Resourceful problem-solver who ships fast and learns faster than you planStrong writer who understands what resonates with founders and small business ownersMetrics-driven and comfortable owning outcomes with incomplete information xzbcwsv
