IoT/HVAC Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IoT devices commissioning
• Perform site survyes with heavy focus on HVAC within Buildings and Indsutries
• Manage cable laying and panal building
• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Manage clients, vendors, colleagues from software and hardware background

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tough conversation and negotiations with vendors

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in BMS/IoT systems commissioning
• Hands on experience on drawing creation
• Excellent skills in MS Excel or other project management tools
• One of the PLC or native IoT programming skills
• Desired: Delta, Honneywell

Salary

• 6 to 10 lacs per annum
• Benefit as applicable
