React Frontend Engineer

You will turn designs into responsive, accessible interfaces for client websites, booking flows and dashboards, and for our own products. You will work with the UI/UX designer on the details and with the back-end developers on the APIs your screens use.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive interfaces in React and Next.js from Figma designs
• Connect front ends to REST APIs and handle loading, empty and error states
• Keep pages fast: code splitting, image optimisation and Core Web Vitals
• Make interfaces accessible (keyboard use, contrast, screen readers)
• Write reusable components and keep styling consistent with Tailwind CSS
• Test across browsers and devices before release

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional React development
• Strong JavaScript (ES2020+) and working TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js or another React framework
• Good HTML and CSS, including responsive layouts and Tailwind CSS
• Experience consuming REST APIs and managing state
• An eye for detail when matching a design

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO for JavaScript sites (server rendering, structured data)
• Testing with Playwright, Cypress or React Testing Library
• Experience with booking or eCommerce front ends
