Location St. Louis, MO 63110 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary This position coordinates office functions, programs and schedules, provides administrative services, and performs specialized/technical duties with minimum supervision. Job Description <p> Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities: </p><ul><li> Welcomes visitors and assists with visitor questions and needs. </li><li> Coordinates staff services, interoffice activities, schedules, calendars and related administrative needs. </li><li> Maintains established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, including regulatory records for reports and notifications as necessary. </li><li> Assists with telephone problems, copier, and audio-visual problems with vendors. </li><li> Coordinates ordering and distribution of supplies and handles problems concerning material received. </li><li> Monitors the general maintenance of the building, notifies maintenance of problems, places work orders and follows-up with housekeeping on the completion of tasks. </li><li> Maintains public areas within suite - kitchen, workroom, and conference rooms, and ensures they are kept stocked and orderly. </li><li> Handles parking vouchers for visitors. </li><li> Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul><p> Working Conditions: <br /> Job Location/Working Conditions: </p><ul><li> Normal office environment. </li><li> Ability to travel to various on- and off-campus locations. </li></ul><p> Physical Effort: </p><ul><li> Typically working at desk or table. </li><li> Repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement. </li></ul><p> Equipment: </p><ul><li> Office equipment. </li></ul> The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
