As a Product Marketing Associate, you will work alongside our team to support client campaigns, increase brand awareness, engage directly with customers, and help drive customer acquisition and sales within a retail environment. Our team works with nationally recognized brands, including campaigns involving AT&T products and services.
ResponsibilitiesRepresent client brands through face-to-face retail marketing and sales campaignsEngage directly with customers to increase product and brand awarenessEducate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefitsProvide a positive and professional customer experienceIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or servicesSupport customer acquisition and sales goalsAssist with promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiativesDevelop a strong understanding of client products, services, and current promotionsWork alongside team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goalsParticipate in ongoing product, sales, marketing, and leadership training
