We're Hiring: Senior BIM Project Designer (Pune | Full-Time) (Architecture/Civil)

Urbanlion is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Project Designer with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to lead construction documentation for exciting U.S.-based projects.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy transforming architectural concepts into accurate, coordinated, and highly buildable construction documents while collaborating with a passionate and growing team.

Location: Pune (Office-Based)

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive construction document (CD) sets using Autodesk Revit.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, structural, and consultant disciplines.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, and zoning requirements.

• Translate design intent into practical, buildable construction solutions.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and international stakeholders.

• Conduct quality reviews and implement revisions based on project feedback.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing detailed construction documentation in Revit.

• Strong understanding of U.S. construction methods, materials, and detailing practices.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of IBC and ADA requirements.

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on constructability, accuracy, and graphic standards.
