Note: Candidates with purely back-end hospital administration or facility/operations experience without significant multi-clinic and patient-facing experience may not be suitable.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to manage and drive the performance of multiple clinics across Delhi. The role will focus strongly on patient experience, patient satisfaction, clinic growth, team performance, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the performance of multiple clinics/centres across the region. Drive clinic targets including revenue, patient footfall, conversions, retention, and repeat visits. Own the complete patient journey and ensure a high-quality, patient-centric experience. Monitor patient feedback, satisfaction, complaints, and ensure timely resolution. Identify patient drop-offs and improve follow-up, conversion, retention, and reactivation. Lead and coach Centre Heads, front-desk, and clinic support teams to improve service and performance. Conduct regular clinic visits and performance reviews; identify gaps and implement improvement plans. Coordinate with central Marketing/Business teams to improve patient footfall and clinic visibility. Develop local tie-ups, referral networks, corporate/institutional partnerships, and community outreach opportunities. Monitor clinic-level issues, stock availability, and coordinate with central teams for timely resolution. Analyse clinic KPIs and provide actionable performance updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile

6–10 years of experience in Healthcare / Clinics / Hospitals / Diagnostics / Wellness / Retail Healthcare. Strong experience managing multiple clinics or centres. Proven ability to drive patient satisfaction, patient engagement, clinic growth, and team performance. Strong communication, leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
