Resourceful LLC is partnering with a globally recognized entertainment and gaming company to find a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract, with an ASAP start.

$40–$50/hour, DOE

About the Role

You’ll partner with a highly collaborative in-house recruiting team, taking on full-cycle searches across the business when workload peaks. The roles vary widely, many are niche and hard to fill, and few are “rinse and repeat,” so you’ll get to flex your sourcing creativity across both technical and non-technical areas.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer across a mix of technical and non-technical professional roles
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners, translating business needs into clear candidate profiles
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers on interview best practices, candidate assessment, and inclusive hiring
• Create an exceptional candidate experience with timely, transparent communication throughout the process
• Collaborate closely with FTE recruiters and recruiting coordinators to share workload and keep searches moving
• Report on recruiting metrics and share insights that improve hiring strategy
• Represent the company’s employer brand at recruiting events and on social media

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years of progressive, full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, ideally at a global scale
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles (it’s fine if you specialize more in one)
• A proven track record filling niche and hard-to-fill positions, and the ability to explain the strategy behind them
• Hands-on Greenhouse ATS experience (required), including pipeline management, scheduling, feedback, and reporting
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Polished communication skills and experience partnering directly with hiring managers
• Comfort working in an environment where some processes are well defined and others are still evolving
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
