Senior Industrial Electrical Engineer – Cement & Construction Materials

CalPortland seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and reliability of electrical systems across our mining and construction materials operations. In this role, you will develop and upgrade power distribution, motor control, and automation systems supporting cement, concrete, and asphalt facilities. You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while driving energy efficiency and equipment reliability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead projects from concept through commissioning, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to CalPortland’s culture of innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
