Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Insurance Sales Leader to drive new

business, build and manage the sales pipeline, and lead a high-performing sales team

focused primarily on SME/MSME and mid-market clients.

The role can be mapped to Sales Manager / AVP / VP based on experience, existing

client network and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive new business acquisition across SME, MSME and mid-market

segments.

● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of

premium/revenue targets.

● Lead the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Meeting → Requirement →

Quote → Negotiation → Closure.

● Develop relationships with Founders, CFOs, HR Heads and other senior

decision-makers.

● Build and maintain a strong SME/MSME client network and prospect funnel.

● Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team.

● Drive cross-selling across Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance
