• Manage access control processes, including identity verification and badge issuance.
• Coordinate visitor and contractor management for compliance and traceability.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all site visitors.
• Collaborate with on-site security to ensure safe and secure operations.
• Monitor Asset Protection technology to identify irregular behavior.
• Support Asset Protection investigations as directed.
• Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and document management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
