Role Purpose:

Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support by managing schedules, communications, meetings, travel and information flow. Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders, enabling effective prioritization and smooth execution of business priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, appointments and daily schedule with optimal prioritization.
• Screen, prioritize, and manage correspondence, emails, calls, and visitor requests.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing notes, reports, and minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Liaise with senior leadership, Board members, government officials, business partners, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information, documents and discussions.
• Maintain records, files and confidential documents in both physical and digital formats.
• Support event planning, leadership visits and corporate engagements.
• Coordinate with the travel desk team to ensure seamless domestic and international travel.
• Anticipate administrative needs and proactively resolve scheduling and operational challenges.

Job Specification:

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree

Experience

• 18–22 years of experience as an Executive Secretary supporting CXOs, Managing Directors, CEOs or Chairpersons.
• Experience in large corporates, business groups and listed companies is preferred.
