Role Description The Business Development Manager – PR is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients for the agency. The person in this position will develop and present strategic PR proposals, collaborate with senior account teams to shape client solutions, and participate in pitches and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and aligning business development activities with the agency’s values and service standards. The role also includes preparing business reports, maintaining an organized pipeline, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Business development and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
• Public relations and communications expertise, such as understanding media landscapes, PR strategies, and storytelling for brand visibility.
• Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for assessing opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persuasive client-facing demeanor.
• Collaborative working style, with the ability to coordinate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in PR agencies or related fields, ideally in business development or client servicing roles.
• Must know AI tools and commands.
• Must be proficient with proposals making and presenting skills.
• Open to travel of networking events and project closings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Noida, with strong time management and organizational skills.
