The Role :

Handle end-to-end Group Air Ticketing operations, from enquiry and fare sourcing to booking, negotiation, billing and post-booking support.

Manage B2B & B2C group enquiries while ensuring competitive fares, timely follow-ups and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Group Air Ticketing enquiries from enquiry to final booking.
• Manage B2B and B2C group queries, understanding requirements and providing suitable flight options.
• Source and negotiate with airlines and other sources to secure the best possible fares.
• Prepare and share accurate, competitive quotations and follow up for booking confirmation.
• Handle fare re-negotiations, payment follow-ups, billing and documentation.
• Provide end-to-end support and maintain regular follow-up until the completion of the booking/journey.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in Group Air Ticketing / Group Desk.
• Strong knowledge of airline fares, routes and group booking processes.
• Good negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle B2B & B2C clients and multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to take end-to-end ownership of group bookings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet conversion and turnaround-time targets.
