Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately with large data sets and competing priorities. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product and Engineering. Curiosity, ownership mindset and a continuous improvement orientation, with a desire to strengthen processes, controls and systems. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience in fintech, technology, telecom, managed services, hardware-enabled services, manufacturing or other environments with complex cost structures. Exposure to Oracle Cloud, inventory systems, procurement platforms, Power BI or similar reporting and cost accounting automation tools. Knowledge of IFRS, multinational cost accounting considerations or statutory reporting requirements. Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, automation or finance transformation initiatives. Prior experience in public accounting or an audit-facing role. What’s in It for You?
