Childcare Needed

We are new to the area and are looking for a nanny for 3 children in Warrenton. We would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with a dog and who is CPR certified. We have a 3-year-old, almost 2-year-old and a 4-month-old so this is not a job for just anybody! My 2 toddlers are wild boys and need someone to burn that energy or at times just do activities to calm them down! We would appreciate someone who doesnt mind setting boundaries with them but also do it in a loving way! I am looking for someone to consider helping out on a permanent basis in the long run.
