Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Goregaon. The Sales Marketing Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present printing solutions that meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include visiting prospects, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales to achieve assigned targets. The role also involves coordinating with the production team for order execution, monitoring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries or issues. In addition, the Sales Marketing Executive will support marketing activities such as promoting services, participating in local events or campaigns, and maintaining accurate sales reports and market insights.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals.
• Basic marketing knowledge, including understanding of promotional activities, branding, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Goregaon and willingness to work in a field-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in printing, packaging, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using phones, email, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) for sales reporting.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
