Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sr or Principal Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and troubleshooting of complex electronic systems.
This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with expertise in at least one of the following areas: embedded controls and electronics, power conversion, or motor control systems.
Technical CompetenciesElectrical Design: Complex circuit design, PCB layout, schematics, analog and mixed-signal electronics.Power Electronics: DC-DC converters, inverters, switching power supplies, and low-power designs.Embedded Systems: FPGA, microprocessors, microcontrollers, and embedded control electronics.Testing & Troubleshooting: Board-level debugging, system integration, electronic test equipment, and root-cause analysis.Engineering Tools: Altium Designer or Siemens Xpedition, LTspice, and analysis tools.Communication: Customer interaction, technical reviews, design documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering design, development, analysis, and troubleshooting of complex electronic systems.Strong technical expertise in at least one of the following:Embedded Electronics/Controls: FPGA, microprocessor, microcontroller-based systems, embedded hardware, and control electronics.Power Conversion: DC-DC converters, inverters, switching power supplies, analog circuitry, and low-power electronics.Motor Controls: Motor drive electronics, control circuitry, and related electromechanical systems.Experience troubleshooting complex electronic boards, assemblies, and integrated systems.Ability to independently diagnose technical issues and develop structured test and debugging approaches.Experience with electronic test equipment and validation of circuit boards and electronic devices.Proficiency with electrical CAD tools and schematic/PCB design software.Experience with circuit analysis, simulation, and hardware/software debugging tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional engineering teams. xzbcwsv Ability to obtain and/or maintain a security clearance.
