Clinical Psychologist Faculty(Solapur)

The Psychologist / Faculty will be responsible for teaching courses in Healthcare Psychology, Applied Psychology and Communication Skills , with a focus on preparing students for effective interpersonal, professional and patient-centric interactions in healthcare and allied-health environments. The position will combine academic teaching, experiential learning, student mentoring, research, and industry/healthcare engagement . The faculty member is expected to bring substantial professional experience in psychology and health. Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology / clinical psychology / health psychology / counselling psychology / applied psychology or an equivalent relevant discipline. Strong academic and professional background in Psychology. Experience of 10-15 years in the relevant field. Strong knowledge of Psychology and Healthcare Psychology Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and counselling skills Empathy and emotional intelligence Ability to engage students through experiential teaching Case-study and simulation-based teaching capability Research orientation Curriculum-development skills Student mentoring capability Healthcare/industry networking ability Strong academic writing and documentation skills Proficiency in digital teaching and learning tools
