The role

You'll work directly with Petpooja's Chief of Staff as an extension of him — on new initiatives, market research, & whatever is most important that month, and a fair amount of groundwork that makes those initiatives happen.

There's no fixed job description here, and that's the point. In a given week you might be sizing a new business line, building a model, talking to customers, putting together something for the CEO, or fixing a process nobody owns yet. The work changes; the standard doesn't.

What we're looking for

• Solution-oriented with a high sense of ownership. You take a problem and come back with an answer, not a list of blockers.
• Willing to get your hands dirty. Some of this is strategy. A lot of it is grunt work done well. If that distinction matters to you, this isn't the role.
• Strong problem-solving and a growth mindset. You'll be handed things you've never done before, weekly.
• Someone whose Claude limit runs out before lunch. We want people who use AI aggressively to move faster — not to avoid thinking, but to think about more things in a day than a human otherwise could.
