Zilch is seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel with circa 1-4 years PQE to support our UK and international operations. You will advise on commercial arrangements, corporate transactions and governance while balancing legal risk with business priorities in a fast-paced fintech.You'll draft and negotiate with key suppliers and partners, assist with acquisitions, capital raises, group structure and international expansion, and help develop and maintain our legal processes and precedents.
