TSR quickly grew to become the largest residential roofer in TN after just 3 years and we are looking to have the same large footprint in the Alabama market. About the RoleAs a Roofing Sales Representative, you will represent Three Stone Roofing in the field — building relationships, educating homeowners, generating opportunities, and guiding clients through premium roofing solutions. You will manage your own pipeline with full support from a highly trained, high-performing sales culture.
Primary responsibilities include:Prospecting and generating new business, including door-to-door outreachConsulting with homeownersInspecting roofs and creating detailed job scopes (training provided)Closing deals and overseeing projects from start to finishDelivering a white-glove customer experienceWorking within a competitive, sports-minded sales team focused on winningNo roofing experience is required — we provide complete training. However, attitude, drive, and work ethic are mandatory.
