Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final installation, ensuring that all spaces meet client objectives and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading space planning, developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating FF&E selections, and supervising junior designers. The role involves regular client meetings, site visits, coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing project timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring consistent presence in the studio and at project sites to manage design execution and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as an Interior Designer
• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects.
• Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings, including detailed documentation for execution and coordination.
• Strong skills in FF&E selection, specification, and procurement, with attention to materials, finishes, and durability.
• Advanced knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design concepts to clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
