<p>JOB DESCRIPTION </p><p>Executive / Senior Executive – Hotel Training </p><p><strong>Company: </strong> </p><p>Udaan Hotels &amp; Resorts </p><p><strong>Location: </strong> </p><p>North East India <em>(Extensive Travel Required) </em> </p><p><strong>Designation: </strong> </p><p>Executive / Senior Executive </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>About the Role </strong> </p><p>Udaan Hotels &amp; Resorts is seeking a dynamic and passionate <strong>Hotel Trainer </strong> to enhance service standards, operational efficiency, and employee development across all properties. This role requires extensive travel across our hotels in <strong>Gangtok, Darjeeling, Lachung, Pelling, and Siliguri </strong> to train teams, conduct audits, and ensure consistent guest experience standards. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Conduct <strong>induction, orientation, refresher, and on-the-job training </strong> for hotel employees across properties. </li><li>Train teams on <strong>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service standards, grooming, guest handling, upselling, and complaint management </strong>. </li><li>Conduct <strong>operational, hygiene, and service quality audits </strong> to ensure compliance with brand standards. </li><li>Identify <strong>skill gaps </strong>, implement development plans, and coach employees, supervisors, and team leaders. </li><li>Develop and update <strong>training materials, SOPs, assessments, and operational checklists </strong>. </li><li>Monitor <strong>guest experience standards </strong> and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all hotels. </li><li>Submit <strong>audit and training reports </strong>, track action plans, and support operational excellence initiatives. </li><li>Travel extensively across <strong>Udaan Hotels &amp; Resorts properties </strong> to ensure consistent training and service delivery. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile </strong> </p><ul><li>Graduate / Diploma in <strong>Hotel Management or Hospitality Management </strong>. </li><li><strong>2–3 years of experience </strong> as a Hotel Trainer or in hotel operations as a <strong>Team Leader / Supervisor </strong> with reputed hotel chains. </li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>hotel operations, SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and guest experience management </strong>. </li><li>Excellent <strong>communication, training, coaching, and presentation skills </strong>. </li><li>Experience in <strong>audits, training delivery, and content development </strong>. </li><li>Willingness to <strong>travel extensively across North East India </strong>. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Why Join Udaan Hotels &amp; Resorts? </strong> </p><p>If you are passionate about <strong>developing people, building operational excellence, and creating a lasting impact </strong>, join us and become a part of our growth journey across the North East. </p>
