Sr. Officer IT Audit & Commpliance

The Senior Officer – IT Audit & Compliance will be responsible for coordinating IT audit activities, monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and tracking audit observations to ensure timely closure. The role includes IT risk assessment, control monitoring, audit documentation, reporting, and coordination with IT teams and relevant stakeholders to strengthen IT governance and compliance.

What you will do:

• Coordinate IT-related internal, external and regulatory audit activities
• Monitor IT audit observations and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure
• Support assessments of IT controls, risk management and regulatory compliance
• Prepare IT audit reports, compliance updates, MIS reports and dashboards
• Maintain IT audit documentation, evidence and compliance records
• Coordinate with IT teams and relevant stakeholders to address audit findings
• Support IT governance assessments, policy reviews and compliance improvement initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, IT compliance, IT governance or risk management
• Knowledge of IT controls, risk assessment, regulatory compliance and audit procedures
• Experience in audit documentation, evidence management, MIS reporting and dashboard preparation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and other stakeholders
