Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns, the full-time remote Email & SMS Marketing Specialist will manage campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to drive engagement and optimize results. Key responsibilities Lead the creation process for email and SMS campaigns, including template creation, audience selection, and deployment Build and maintain the monthly email and SMS calendar, aligning promotions to drive engagement Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize campaign performance and design A/B tests for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-3 years of hands-on email marketing experience Proven experience using generative AI tools within email/SMS platforms Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations Familiarity with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
