Key Account Manager (Client Growth)

Love building client relationships and spotting growth opportunities? We're looking for a Key Account Manager who can keep clients happy while growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. If you enjoy talking business, solving problems, and driving revenue, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client goals and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
• Drive account growth and maximize revenue from existing customers .
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution .
• Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and business discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for additional services.
• Track account performance, renewals, and client satisfaction.
• Resolve client concerns proactively and ensure a great customer experience.
• Meet monthly revenue and account growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Proven experience in upselling, cross-selling, and growing client accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a marketing, advertising, digital agency, B2B sales company is a plus.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about client success.
