Job Description
We’re looking for a compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and experienced Holistic Life & Wellness Coach to join our wellness team.
The role involves working one-on-one with clients to support their emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, mindset, resilience, behavioural change, and holistic lifestyle transformation .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions daily.
- Create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental space for clients.
- Use powerful coaching questions to facilitate insight and transformation.
- Support clients with emotional regulation, limiting beliefs, self-worth, discipline, and sustainable habits.
- Maintain client notes, progress tracking, and reports.
- Collaborate with nutritionists and the wider wellness team.
- Contribute to wellness-focused social media content.
Desire Candidate:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Recognized Life/Wellness Coaching certification.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication, listening, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of CBT, NLP, trauma-informed, somatic, or inner-child approaches is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of holistic health, emotional wellness, and the mind-body connection.
- Excellent English communication; Hindi/regional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.
