Position Title- Executive

Experience- 0-2 Years (Freshers Eligible)

Location- Bengaluru, Karnataka

About the Role

The Executive will be assist in coordinating industry activities, conducting research, supporting policy initiatives, managing stakeholder engagement, and organizing events that contribute to ASSOCHAM's strategic objectives.

• Drive revenue generation through sponsorships, delegate registrations, partnerships, and other business development opportunities for ASSOCHAM initiatives.
• Support membership growth by identifying potential members, conducting outreach, onboarding new members, and ensuring sustained engagement with existing members.
• Coordinate and execute conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, roadshows, and other industry engagement programs to achieve participation and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement promotional and marketing activities to increase event participation, sponsorship opportunities, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage proficiency in local/regional languages to strengthen industry outreach, member engagement, stakeholder coordination, and regional chapter activities.
• Conduct industry research, prepare sectoral reports, presentations, and knowledge resources, and monitor emerging business trends and opportunities.
• Support policy advocacy initiatives by collecting industry feedback, identifying key concerns, and assisting in the preparation of representations, recommendations, and memoranda for submission to government authorities.

Education & Experience

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Commerce, Management, Communications, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience in industry associations, consulting, research, policy, events, corporate affairs, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships and strong academic credentials may also apply.
