About the Role

We're looking for a creative Video Editor who combines strong editing fundamentals with curiosity for AI-powered content creation. You'll work closely with our Product, Design, and Content teams across India and the US to create engaging microlearning videos that help thousands of automotive professionals learn every day. Whether you're editing live-action footage, creating motion graphics, or experimenting with AI-assisted production workflows, your work will directly shape the learner experience.

What You'll Do

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging short-form videos optimized for mobile and digital learning.
• Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and visual storytelling elements using Adobe After Effects.
• Add transitions, typography, captions, infographics, music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance learner engagement.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, designers, and content creators to transform scripts into compelling visual stories.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production workflows where appropriate.
• Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, pacing, and production quality across projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting production timelines.
• Stay updated with emerging AI video tools and recommend ways to improve our creative workflow.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro .
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects , including animation and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual design.
• Experience with colour correction, audio editing, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple editing projects with attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work.

Good to Have

Experience with one or more AI-powered creative tools, such as:

• HeyGen
• Runway
• ElevenLabs
• Google Veo
• OpenAI Sora
• Adobe Firefly
• Descript
• Midjourney
• ChatGPT or similar GenAI tools for creative production

We don't expect expertise in every tool. We're looking for someone who enjoys exploring new technologies and knows how to combine AI with strong creative judgment.

Bonus Points

• Experience creating educational or e-learning content.
• Experience producing videos for social media or digital learning platforms.
• Familiarity with instructional storytelling.
• Basic understanding of UI animation or product demos.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced creative environment.
