Role ERP HCM Technology Consultant -Peoplesoft Responsibilities Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA. Understand the core Peoplesoft HCM process Design, Development and Unit Testing of Enhancements in PeopleSoft HCM. Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists as per requirements. Create new reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine), BI Publisher as per the requirements. Basic Functional knowledge of following module Core HCM , Absence Management, Global Payroll Core, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labour Prepare technical design. Perform peer code review. Essential Skills 5 years of experience in handling support issues Proficient in People Tools - Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Security Administrator, Data Mover, Workflow, PS Query, PS Job Processes, Data Migration Activity Good understanding Peoplesoft HCM Reporting tools like SQR, BI Publisher Self-driven, ability to work independently Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
