Work you will do Review AS9102 first-article records, cosmetic defects and production-line inspection evidence. Assess marine/hull survey materials and source-inspection findings within your specialty. Document accept/reject decisions with clear standards-based reasons. Apply relevant government inspection requirements to appropriately scoped simulations. Background and scope Senior quality and source inspection Interpret evidence across aerospace/defence manufacturing, production inspection or marine surveying. Preferred:8 years in complex first-article/cosmetic/line disposition work, AS9102 and DCMA/FAR Part 46 familiarity. Senior QA, supplier-quality, government-QAR or marine-surveyor backgrounds are relevant; hull/marine survey depth applies to that track. Clear digital reports and explainable technical decisions. Remote; no restricted government or employer material may be supplied. Track pay: $63 $105/hr USD. Pay and engagement $63 $105/hr USD.
