We're Hiring: Senior Associate – US Audit

Location: Indore – On-site

Experience: More than 3 years of experience in Indian audits

⭐ Preference: Candidates with experience in a Big 4 firm or a similar organization

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage statutory audit engagements while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Review financial statements, audit reports, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Communicate effectively with clients and resolve audit-related queries in a timely manner.

Mentor and supervise junior team members while reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Identify risks and recommend improvements to strengthen financial reporting and internal controls.

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Strong experience in statutory audits and financial statement analysis.

* Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), the Companies Act, and auditing standards.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver quality work within deadlines.

* Strong client management and team management skills.
