About the Role

Zade Infra Builders LLP by Altland Group is looking for a Tele Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide customers with relevant project information.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property/project options.
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
• Follow up with customers after site visits to support sales conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in tele-sales, telecalling, inside sales, real estate, or customer handling.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good command of English and Hindi; Punjabi would be an advantage.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
