About the Role

We are looking for a smart and experienced Insurance Claims professional who can handle property insurance claims on behalf of policyholders.

The person will be responsible for understanding insurance policies, coordinating with clients, surveyors and insurance companies, preparing claim documents and supporting the client until the claim is settled.

Key Responsibilities

Understand insurance policies and check claim coverage.

Handle the complete insurance claim process from start to settlement.

Collect and review claim-related documents and evidence.

Coordinate with clients, surveyors, insurance companies and other professionals.

Prepare and present claim details and supporting documents.

Assist in calculating and preparing claim amounts.

Follow up with insurance companies for claim settlement.

Handle queries, objections and claim-related issues.

Support clients in grievance/complaint resolution.

Maintain proper records of claims and documents.

Provide regular updates to clients about claim status.

Ensure claims are handled professionally and within timelines.

Types of Insurance

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Fire & Property Insurance

Required Skills

Strong documentation and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in accounting software.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Insurance/Finance/Commerce background will be preferred.

Relevant experience in insurance claims, insurance broking, surveyor firm or insurance company will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented and good at handling clients, with practical knowledge of the insurance claims process and the ability to coordinate with insurers and technical experts.
